BaseNode Lab is an independent studio and brand. A long-term legal entity is being prepared. These website terms govern only this public site and preliminary correspondence; paid work starts only under a separate written agreement that identifies the contracting parties and governing law.

Using this website

You may view and link to this website for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, test it for vulnerabilities without written permission, misrepresent an association with BaseNode Lab, or reuse its content in a misleading way.

No offer or professional advice

Website descriptions are general information, not a binding offer, quotation, warranty, or professional advice. An email exchange does not create a client relationship. Scope, price, acceptance tests, intellectual property, confidentiality, data handling, liability, and governing law are agreed in writing for each engagement.

Technical information

Examples and field notes describe representative engineering patterns. Client identities and operational details are intentionally removed. Results depend on workload, environment, access, data quality, and other constraints; a similar design may produce a different result elsewhere.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the site design, BaseNode Lab name and mark, diagrams, and original text belong to the studio operator. Third-party names and technologies belong to their respective owners. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link. Other reproduction requires written permission.

Availability and liability

We may change or withdraw the website without notice. To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from error. We are not liable for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on this public website. Nothing here excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

External services and changes

Links, email providers, and other external services operate under their own terms. We may update these website terms as the studio structure or site changes; the date above identifies the current version.
