What this site collects

This is a static website. It has no account system, contact form, advertising tracker, analytics script, or payment flow. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Our hosting and network providers may process ordinary request logs, including an IP address, timestamp, requested path, browser information, and security events. We use those records to serve the site, diagnose faults, and prevent abuse.

Information you send us

If you email us, we receive the details you include, such as your name, address, organisation, project brief, and attachments. We use them to answer your message, assess a possible engagement, keep business records, and protect our legal or security interests.

Do not send regulated, confidential, or production data in an introductory email. We will agree on an appropriate transfer method before receiving sensitive material.

Legal grounds

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process correspondence to take steps at your request before a contract, perform a contract, comply with law, or pursue legitimate interests such as operating the studio, keeping records, and securing our systems. We ask for consent where the law requires it.

Service providers and international processing

We use service providers for hosting, domain management, email, and security. They may process limited information in countries different from yours. Where required, we use contractual or other recognised safeguards for those transfers.

Retention

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to evaluate or manage the conversation. Contract, invoice, security, and legal records may be kept longer where law or a legitimate business need requires it. Retention for project data is defined in the relevant agreement.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information. You may also withdraw consent and complain to your local data protection authority. California residents may request access, correction, or deletion under applicable law; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Children and changes

This site and our services are intended for organisations and professionals, not children. We may update this notice when the site, providers, or studio structure changes; the date above will show the current version.

This notice describes the current static site and enquiry process. Project-specific data terms belong in the applicable statement of work, confidentiality agreement, or data processing agreement.
